By downloading, installing, or using Tenniva ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Tenniva is a tennis performance tracking platform that allows players to record matches, analyze performance with AI-powered insights, find hitting partners, and manage coaching businesses. The App is available on iOS, Android, and web.
To use Tenniva, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
Tenniva offers free and paid subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Tenniva's "Prism" AI features use artificial intelligence to analyze your match data and generate insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional coaching advice. AI analysis accuracy depends on the quality and quantity of match data provided.
You retain ownership of all match data, player profiles, and other content you create in Tenniva. By using the App, you grant Tenniva a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.
You agree not to use Tenniva to:
Tenniva allows users to post availability for hitting sessions and message other players. You are solely responsible for the content of your posts and messages. Tenniva is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users.
The Tenniva app, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tenniva. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Tenniva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI insights will be accurate. Use the App at your own risk.
Tenniva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, injury during tennis activities, or reliance on AI-generated advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the platform.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
