How do I record a match?

Tap the "Log Match" tab, select your player and opponent, choose tournament or practice, and start tracking points. Tap the appropriate button for each point outcome (winner, error, ace, etc.).

What are Prism credits?

Prism is our AI-powered analysis engine. Each credit powers one analysis — player insights, opponent scouting reports, or match summaries. Free plan includes 2 credits/month, Pro includes 20 credits/month. Credits reset on the 1st of each month.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through your device's app store:

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your app store subscription settings (see above). You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. You can record matches offline and they will sync automatically when you're back online. AI-powered features (Prism insights) require an internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at the email below and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
