Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address.
Match Data: Match scores, point-by-point statistics, and performance observations you record in the app.
Player Profiles: Names and skill information for players and opponents you create.
Usage Data: App usage patterns to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Tenniva service
To generate AI-powered performance insights (Prism)
To sync your data across devices
To process subscription payments through Apple App Store or Google Play
To improve and optimize our app

3. AI-Powered Analysis

Tenniva uses OpenAI's technology to power our "Prism" AI analysis feature. When you request an AI insight, relevant match and player data is sent to OpenAI for processing. This data is used solely to generate your analysis and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure database storage. Match data is stored locally on your device for offline access and synced to our servers when connectivity is available.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat, our subscription management partner.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

OpenAI: For AI analysis processing (match data only, when you request insights)
RevenueCat: For subscription management (anonymous user ID only)
Apple/Google: For payment processing (handled by their respective app stores)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Delete your account and associated data
Export your match data
Opt out of AI analysis features

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

9. Children's Privacy

Tenniva is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
